[What the role is]
Head/Digitalisation Planning Unit

[What you will be working on]

Drive TP digitalisation program through planning, facilitating, co-ordination of key events, meetings and workshops
Establish connections with external public and private organisations to synergise digitalisation efforts through collaboration and consultation on digitalisation initiatives
Engage SM to galvanize support for digitalisation program through presentations and dashboards
Establish a communication plan to stakeholders for digitalisation program
Support TP workforce transformation program and change management
Perform secretariat role for Digitalisation Committee and Digitalisation Implementation Committee

[What we are looking for]

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Comms or Arts and Social Sciences with 8-10 years of working experience with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
Possess complementary skills from IT such as business and people.
Good with communications and marketing
Like dealing with people and has the ability to establish partnership
Strong in project and program management
