Head/Digitalisation Planning Unit

  • Drive TP digitalisation program through planning, facilitating, co-ordination of key events, meetings and workshops
  • Establish connections with external public and private organisations to synergise digitalisation efforts through collaboration and consultation on digitalisation initiatives
  • Engage SM to galvanize support for digitalisation program through presentations and dashboards
  • Establish a communication plan to stakeholders for digitalisation program
  • Support TP workforce transformation program and change management
  • Perform secretariat role for Digitalisation Committee and Digitalisation Implementation Committee
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Comms or Arts and Social Sciences with 8-10 years of working experience with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
  • Possess complementary skills from IT such as business and people.
  • Good with communications and marketing
  • Like dealing with people and has the ability to establish partnership
  • Strong in project and program management
