Head/Digitalisation Planning Unit
- Drive TP digitalisation program through planning, facilitating, co-ordination of key events, meetings and workshops
- Establish connections with external public and private organisations to synergise digitalisation efforts through collaboration and consultation on digitalisation initiatives
- Engage SM to galvanize support for digitalisation program through presentations and dashboards
- Establish a communication plan to stakeholders for digitalisation program
- Support TP workforce transformation program and change management
- Perform secretariat role for Digitalisation Committee and Digitalisation Implementation Committee
- Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Comms or Arts and Social Sciences with 8-10 years of working experience with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
- Possess complementary skills from IT such as business and people.
- Good with communications and marketing
- Like dealing with people and has the ability to establish partnership
- Strong in project and program management
