About the role
The Singapore-based Health, Safety & Environment Advisor will deliver excellence in Health & Safety service to the business, in support of commissioning activities for a Floating Production Storage & Offtake (FPSO) vessel for the Sangomar Field Development.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for communicating and supporting our site teams in the implementation of HSEQ requirements of the project;
- Provide assurance that HSEQ requirements are effectively implemented by our major contractors and subcontractors during project execution
- Champion Woodside Our Safety Culture framework and Golden Safety Rules;
- Actively seek out opportunities to improve the application of Health and Safety management systems/processes;
- Alignment to the HSEQ and Business Unit Plans.
- Understanding of Risk Assessment and Risk Management
- Foundation in HSE legislation and regulatory requirements
- Experience as a Health & Safety Graduate or Adviser in Oil & Gas (hydrocarbon) industry or similar heavy industry.
- Tertiary education in a field relative to Woodside’s Health & Safety Capability reference plan is preferred.
- Trade base or similar workplace experience is an advantage.
