Job Title Health, Safety & Wellness Lead Summary HSW Lead will look after 21 countries in Asia to lead a group of experienced and junior team members. Always looking for trends to ensure health, safety & wellness in a big multi-cultural area.About the Role:

• Subject matter expert for health, safety & wellness, and primary interface within defined geographic regions for both C&W and client representatives.
• Adapt and standardize HSW agreed processes, plan and activities calendar to operate across the client account.
• Devise and implement a HSW audit program to monitor compliance against statutory regulations, reduce risk and improve performance against C&W HSW management systems and processes as well as client\xe2\x80\x99s HSW expectations.
• Implement safe working practices and procedures and maintain a high awareness of safety by training employees and work permit system.
• Support the implementation of client\xe2\x80\x99s HSW management system within defined client region and C&W scope of operations.

About You:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience of HSW management, or a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of local industrial safety regulations (has in-country required license/s)
• Competency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required.
• Comfortable corresponding with executive level clients and interacting with individuals at all levels.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills and business level of English.
