The position will also undertake related projects involving data analysis and generation of business insights on health and healthcare services delivery. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with internal and external health services stakeholders (e.g. doctors, nurses, allied health professionals,administrative/operational support staff, patients, care givers, organizational policy makers and management) Health Services Outcome Research (HSOR) grant/funding and research bodies, as well as with key Yishun Health collaborators such as health systems and health services evaluation experts from academic institutions. This is a contract based position for a three-year funding period with potential for extension or conversion to a permanent position. Part-time working arrangements or flexible working hours are possible. Responsibilities: Work with stakeholders to develop a comprehensive strategic evaluation plan that identifies and prioritizes evaluation activities for the Yishun Health Unified Clinical Care Model and Value Based Care in Yishun Health. Work with stakeholders to develop and construct study design and evaluation protocol for NMRC grant application and DSRB approval. Work with stakeholders to implement individual evaluation plans for prioritized program areas. Matrix reporting to program Directors of respective programs. Closely monitor project progress and budget ultilisation. Prepare regular progress report for stakeholders and DSRB. Coordinate quantitative and qualitative data collection and ensure data integrity and quality. Conduct data analysis by using statistical analysis tools. Assist in drafting manuscripts for publication and reporting. Any other related analytics and business insights tasks instructed by Head of Corporate Development or the Assistant Directors of Corporate Development. JOB REQUIREMENTS Knowledge of or familiarity with health services evaluation frameworks and various study designs (e.g. non-experimental, quasi-experimental, experimental etc.) Knowledge of or experience in NMRC grant application and DSRB review process Working knowledge of or familiarity with Value Based Care model and Health Technology Assessment (HTA) Ability to engage stakeholders in evaluation process based on shared priorities, including meeting facilitation, presentation and negotiation skills Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary matrix team to plan and conduct evaluations Ability or experience in the develop and use of logic models to describe complex programs Good communication and writing skills in order to prepare and present evaluation results to different stakeholders
