Qualifications:

Graduate of any medical allied course except BS Psychology, BS Dentistry, BS Nutrition, BS Veterinary
With or without BPO experience
Has good to excellent English communication skills
Has willingness to work on a permanent night shift schedule

Conduct outbound calls to providers
To obtain authorization of specific medical procedure or prescription drug and to check on patient's eligibility, benefits, and coverage
Document the call notes and take appropriate action on the revenue cycle system
