Payments Officer (open For Fresh Grads) Banking

Job Description
We are actively looking for Payments officer who will be working on the Processing of Outward/ Inward client remittances and cash/cheques transactions for our banking client in Singapore .
Responsibilties :
- Processed clients’ payments instructions received from the front office which include outgoing/internal transfers and cash/cheques.
- Review and process incoming funds receipts.
- Investigation and resolution of cash breaks related to the team.
- Assist other related activities e.g. processing of periodical fees, custody charges and interest.
Professional and Technical
- Diploma holder and minimum of 1 year of payments-related banking working experience preferred not mandatory.
- Open for fresh Graduates.
- Knowledge on relevant SWIFT messages.
- Meticulous and accurate in executing work assigned
- Able to work under pressure and consistently meet work timelines
- Excellent inter-personal and communication skills
- Able to work independently as well as be a team player
