Job Responsibilities:* Communicates with client on the phone or by using written correspondence to solve issues.
* Awareness of the customers' expectations by way of efficient listening and questioning skills
* Dealing Doing work with all inquiries tactfully, courteously, properly & assertively
* Complementing customers' wants to Clients' goods and servicesJob Qualifications:* At least a High school Graduate (old curriculum)
* Effective Communication Skills
* Strong command of the English language.
* With or without BPO experience
* Willing to work full time
* Willing to work shifts/weekends.
