ISTA SOLUTIONS is growing and we're hiring Team Leaders that will drive our teams to high performance and foster an engaged culture with agents and clients that align to our strategy and values.Your role is to plan, coach and lead all day-to-day team functions and associated duties to support your staff ensuring that all metrics are met and exceeded.Responsibilities:
* Oversees daily operations for all agents delivering high quality and valued services
*Provide training and coaching, including insights and action plans to improve
* Analyze and report on productivity and other metrics - such as attendance, end of day reports and compliance to company protocols
* Ensure that client is updated on significant program activities, issues, concerns through calls, emails, meetings, reports
* Perform other supervisory tasks as requiredMinimum Qualifications:
* 1-2 years experience as a Team Leader in a call center setting
* Prior experience handling a US Healthcare account mainly Insurance Benefits, Claims, Appeals, Authorizations is an advantage
* Excellent Verbal and Written English Communication Skills
*Ability to think outside the box, have analytical mind, generate insights and strong problem solving skills
* Amenable to work in Mandaluyong site and night shift schedule
