Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day financial matters, month-end and year-end accounts closing (such as assessing the adequacy of accruals/provisions), and preparation of the monthly and year-end audit schedules
- Update and maintain the general ledger
- Reconciliation of entries
- Process orders, invoices, and maintain payment portal
- Receive orders
- Work closely with business owner to assist with different tasks and scheduling
- Liaise with various departments in the collection of information and documents
- Prepare payroll certification for manpower claims
- Process claim submissions to funding organizations for funded projects
- Assist on corporate tax, internal and external audit matters
- Min Dip/Deg in accounting or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience will be at an advantage
- Able to work in a fast pace environment
- Team player and collaborator
