Ensure all information for submission to the various departments is collected and submitted on time
Collate and submit vaccination records of residents to HPB,
Consolidate monthly records for submission to Development
Ensure supplies (consumables, rations, stationery, etc) at the wards are maintained
Support the set up of wards for admission such as labeling of keys, trolleys, cupboards ward stock items, medication trolleys, drawers, putting up of posters, etc.
Print the required documents, posters, rosters, etc for the care team
Coordinate and prepare the logistics for meetings and staff training for the department e.g. book training venues, prepare AV equipment, distribute materials, etc
Ensure proper filing of documents for auditing
Ensure proper filing of all the minutes and meeting attendance.
Collate and submit external service timesheet to Operation.
Cross-cover front desk reception duties
Consolidate ward rosters and print them out for the wards.
Coordinate external training requirements and assist trainers with the preparation and setup.
Qualifications
Diploma or Higher NITEC/NITEC in Business Administration or GCE \'O\' level
Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google suite applications (e.g. Sheets, Slides, Docs, Gmail, etc)
At least 1-2 years of working experience in related industries and/or preferably healthcare
Good communication skills (oral and written)Independent, resourceful, and self-motivate
