Responsibilities:

Responsible for all phases of the project including pre-design, design, development, documentation, construction and completion phases;
Develop the overall project schedules and obtain necessary approvals for the work to be carried out smoothly;
Review designs and ensure they comply with relevant regulatory requirements;
Review shop drawings, RFI, material samples, method statement, etc;
Able to communicate with different stakeholders and liaise with contractors and consultants at work site;
Oversee and monitor progress of on-site work and resolve any architectural issues;
Coordinate site inspection and authority clearances;

Requirements:

Graduated with a recognised Degree in Architecture;
Registered with the Board of Architects, Singapore is preferred;
Minimum 5 years of working experience and at least 3 years in healthcare is preferred;
Proficient in Revit and BIM;
Conversant with local building codes and regulations.
