Our client is an integrated Academic Health System that delivers value-driven, innovative and sustainable healthcare.

Job Responsibilities:
Frontline support, including inbound and outbound calls, and emails.

Handle patients with registration, appointment scheduling and rescheduling, referral, and payment.

Provide administrative support as and when required.

Provide clinical support and various home monitoring measurements such as blood pressure and heart rate monitoring.

Liaise with the operations management team.

Candidate who is able to speak Mandarin will have an added advantage as the role will require to support Chinese patients that does not understand English.

Flexible location but comfortable with travelling

West: Bukit Batok, Bukit Panjang, Choa Chu Kang, Clementi, Jurong, Pioneer & Queenstown (limited travelling)

North/North Central/ North East: (travel required within 3 - 4 locations within the allocated area)
