Job Description
- Salary: $8,000 - $12,000
- Working Hours: 5 days Office hours
- Location: Orchard
Business management
- Develop general growth strategies and support development / management of budgets for the management and expansion of our services
- Create and implement corporate performance goals for and manage against these goals
- Understand the industry dynamics, and establish appropriate strategies for collaboration, both in Singapore and regional
- Advice the management on future trends in the industry
- Understand competition and develop appropriate winning strategies.
- Work with Marketing to develop and implement go-to-market strategies
- Maintain strong and positive ongoing customer relationships at senior level to drive repeat business and partnerships
- Identify, evaluate and engage potential collaboration partners and/or acquisition targets to support our corporate strategies
- Serve as a change agent that both understands customer needs and translates those needs into best-practice delivery models
- Strong healthcare background or strong commercial experience
- 10+ years working experience with proven record in business development
- M&A and deal experience a plus
- Leadership presence and the ability to manage and lead change and to achieve results through influence
- Proven strategic thinker with experience in bringing new, profitable service lines to market
