Role and Responsibilities

• Possesses in-depth knowledge of the industry, products, business environment and best practices.
• Implements strategic medical sales tactics as per the medical strategic plan.
• Ensures consistent sales growth and achievement of goal targets in assigned product portfolio
• Develops new Key-Opinion Leaders in the field related to Adult, Maternal and Baby Nutrition.
• Ensures high levels of customer satisfaction through appropriate allocation of sales call frequency
• To maintain and be updated with competitors\xe2\x80\x99 intelligence.
• Nutrition frontline representative to the Health Care Professionals
  

• To exhibit and use effective detailing tools & skills to gain nurses\xe2\x80\x99 and doctors\xe2\x80\x99 recommendations.
• To maintain a good relationship with Key-Opinion Leaders and potential doctors
• To have good coverage of Health Care Professionals in the territory assigned, meeting the targeted calls per day.
• Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to ensure the ability to understand and explain all product information and handouts and answer any questions from HCPs
  

• To ensure there are adequate samples and product brochures in the hospitals and clinics.
• To maintain proper monthly records of samples used, to ensure as per allocated
• To compile and submit sales reports in accordance with established formats and schedules.
• Understand and respond to competitive activities and initiate and recommend actions to counter-act these to help protect our market position
• Review business plan in line with cycle objectives on a timely basis with the Healthcare Nutrition Solution Manager
• Plan and implementation for tenders and/or rotation submissions within the assigned territory
• To organize and/or support events, seminars and activation identified by the company
  

• Minimum a Degree preferably with science/nutrition subjects
• Strong nutrition/ dietetic knowledge will be an advantage

• High level of computer literacy

• Have working experience in Healthcare or Pharmaceutical company (Baby and/or Adult Nutrition) will be an advantage
• Have experience covering nursing homes and as home care providers

• Analytical and good presentation skills
• Passionate and results-oriented
• Strong negotiation skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in the English language
• Able to conduct verbal group presentation
• Well-versed with current issues related to infant nutrition and food science
• Possess a valid driving license
