  • Coordination and Supervision - Coordinate, manage and monitor the workings of various departments in the organization.
  • Strategic Input - Liaison with top management. Assist in the development of strategic plans for operational activity. Implement and manage operational plans.
  • Financial - Review financial statements and data. Utilize financial data to improve profitability. Prepare and control operational budgets. Control inventory. Plan effective strategies for the financial well being of the organization.
  • Best Practices - Improve processes and policies in support of organizational goals. Formulate and implement departmental and organizational policies and procedures to maximize output. Monitor adherence to rules, regulations and procedures.
  • Establishes, selects, implements, and coordinates office procedures and systems.
  • Serves as principal source of information to staff, and faculty on policies, procedures, programs, and office activities.
  • Oversees, instructs, and coordinates activities of support staff.
  • Oversees the preparation of materials for grants, contracts and budgets.
  • Communicates with authors, printers, and others concerned with published work.
  • Determines administrative, facility, and equipment needs for symposia, lectures, seminars, and conferences.
  • Assembles and arranges for necessary items.
  • Determines sources of data.
  • Compiles, synthesizes and manipulates data.
  • Summarizes findings and writes reports or portions of reports.
  • Greets visitors
  • Answers and screens telephone calls.
Requirements:
  • Min Degree and above
  • Keen interest in the healthcare/ medical industry
  • No experience needed, full training will be provided
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Able to start work immediately
