Coordination and Supervision - Coordinate, manage and monitor the workings of various departments in the organization.
Strategic Input - Liaison with top management. Assist in the development of strategic plans for operational activity. Implement and manage operational plans.
Financial - Review financial statements and data. Utilize financial data to improve profitability. Prepare and control operational budgets. Control inventory. Plan effective strategies for the financial well being of the organization.
Best Practices - Improve processes and policies in support of organizational goals. Formulate and implement departmental and organizational policies and procedures to maximize output. Monitor adherence to rules, regulations and procedures.
Establishes, selects, implements, and coordinates office procedures and systems.
Serves as principal source of information to staff, and faculty on policies, procedures, programs, and office activities.
Oversees, instructs, and coordinates activities of support staff.
Oversees the preparation of materials for grants, contracts and budgets.
Communicates with authors, printers, and others concerned with published work.
Determines administrative, facility, and equipment needs for symposia, lectures, seminars, and conferences.
Assembles and arranges for necessary items.
Determines sources of data.
Compiles, synthesizes and manipulates data.
Summarizes findings and writes reports or portions of reports.
Greets visitors
Answers and screens telephone calls.
Requirements:
Min Degree and above
Keen interest in the healthcare/ medical industry
No experience needed, full training will be provided
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
Able to start work immediately
