Job Description
Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of patient-driven initiatives by working closely with various sections in-charge to align processes and workflows.
- Work with various sections in-charge to drive new services and to ensure revenue generation.
- Support department through upcoming changes to major clinical systems via training, supporting infrastructural changes and formulation of new processes.
- Degree in Business, Management, Healthcare or related field
- At least 7 to 8 years of working experience, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Possess healthcare operational experience and comfortable in leading a team
