Job Scope:
- Conduct household means test and determine the subsidy and welfare assistance
- To assist new patients with their applications
- First contact with the applicants
- Process new applications for the programme
- Admission intake assessment of applicants\'s rislk and needs profile ad referral for assistance
- Conduct home visit as and when required
- Min Diploma/ Degree in any course, preferable in psychology and social science related
- Min 1 years in couselling, means testing related working experiences, preferred
- Speak well and meticulous
