Tasks
Responsibilities
- To contribute Cybersecurity knowledge management program
- Develop and Roll out of a Security Knowledge Management Concept
- To coordinate Cybersecurity related training and awareness campaigns
- Develop content for Automotive domain specific Security Training Courses
- Deploy Security Trainings courses in Continental LMS
- Adapt and revise Training standards and Learning strategies to continuously improve the Training program
- To Support in strategic initiatives
Requirements
- Min Degree in computer science, electrical engineering, with a deep focus on security, or a comparable qualification
- Experience in Agile development methods of advantage (Scrum, Kanban)
- Minimum 2 years of Experience in Trainings & Skills development
- Strong skills in solving analytical problems
- Excellent communication skills and capability to present technological concepts (professional proficiency in English)
- Team player with inter-cultural competencies.
