Develop and Roll out of a Security Knowledge Management Concept
To coordinate Cybersecurity related training and awareness campaigns
Develop content for Automotive domain specific Security Training Courses
Deploy Security Trainings courses in Continental LMS
Adapt and revise Training standards and Learning strategies to continuously improve the Training program
To Support in strategic initiatives
Qualifications
Requirements
Min Degree in computer science, electrical engineering, with a deep focus on security, or a comparable qualification
Experience in Agile development methods of advantage (Scrum, Kanban)
Minimum 2 years of Experience in Trainings & Skills development
Strong skills in solving analytical problems
Excellent communication skills and capability to present technological concepts (professional proficiency in English)
Team player with inter-cultural competencies.
