Job description / Skill Requirement:
Managing the daily deployment of manpower and equipment in every project and to make sure that all contracts requirements will meet in terms of scope, performance, quality, quantity and safety standards all related to heat treatment and hardness testing.
Responsible for business development and finding potential clients for heat treatment as well as for NDE/NDT works. Also responsible for tendering quotations.
Attending meeting with client
Able to conduct training for all heat treatment technicians for the operations of all heat treatment equipment and accessories.
Qualification and Experience Requirements:
ITE / Diploma / Degree or equivalent
At least 8 - 10 year experience in Industrial Heat Treatment.
Experience in Ship yard, Process Industry Heat treatment projects is required
Salary Range:
3500 - 4600 SGD Basic (Depends on Qualification, experience & Competence)
