Job FunctionSenior Executive - Business Development and Solutioning (Healthcare Supply Chain)Job SummaryThe Senior Executive - Business Development and Solutioning is responsible for business development, marketing and sales of both broad-based and niche logistics services including performing market research, prospecting, developing relationships with potential healthcare customers.He/She is responsible for analysing customer needs and supporting development of technology, innovation and integrated logistics solutions for customers.He/She is responsible for gathering requirements from internal and external stakeholders, planning and implementing logistics projects, in the process liaise and manage contractors and vendors, ensuring the project life-cycle is followed through and performed in accordance to project requirements.Analytical and systematic, he/she is required to explore alternative solutions and analyse feasibility of plans. He/She is also expected to co-ordinate closely with internal and external stakeholders to implement new processes and technologies to offer innovative solutions to customers.Job Responsibilities/Key Tasks(External)

  • Support Business Development sales and marketing activities including responding to Tenders and RFP\'s
  • Analyse customer logistics service needs by building communicative and open relationships
  • Identify appropriate solutions to address customer queries based on sales or customer management knowledge
  • Develop co-created solutions with customers to enhance offering and competitiveness
  • Conduct R&D for innovative logistics solutions catering to customer\'s needs
  • Design & develop innovative solutions, coming up with prototypes and proof of concept, testing of completed systems, and preparing relevant documentations
  • Presenting product designs to management and stakeholders
  • Collaborating on supply chain procedures, including inventory management, warehousing, automation, systems integration, and distribution
  • Manage stakeholders to monitor completion of requirements and activities
  • Providing technical support to customers after the delivery of service
  • Optimise use of allocated resources within business activities
  • Keeping abreast of new technological advancements in the industry

  • Ability to perform cost-benefit analysis, prepare cost estimates and develop pricing models
  • Solution-oriented mindset to meet customer needs
  • Cost effectiveness through managing project budgets

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills for preparing proposals, presenting solutions and negotiating with clients
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

Technical
  • Designing and implementing technology solutions to optimize supply chain operations.
  • Design thinking for product inventions and enhancements
  • Project management, planning and organisation skills
Professional Qualifications & Relevant Experience- Bachelor\'s Degree (or equivalent professional qualifications) with at least 2 years of relevant experience in Healthcare Supply Chain Management and Business Development, with experience in responding to tenders and solutioning, or a related field such as Healthcare Administration.- Singaporean only
