Job Summary
The Higher Executive - Quality Assurance coordinates and perform day to day quality control activities adhere to production schedule and inspects incoming, in-process and outgoing products/shipments for adherence to quality requirements. He/She is able to support and customized Quality Plans for customers and recommends solutions to address quality queries, customer complaints and audit requirements. He should have the knowledge in regulatory affairs and compliance standards to align the organisation\'s QMS with international and national regulatory standards for compliance.
In addition, he should propose continuous improvement and enhance department operations. he is able to perform tasks on designing documentation guidelines and templates, as well as delivers quality-related training.
The Higher Executive - Quality Assurance has an eye for details and able to carry out his tasks and managed priorities and address multi-faceted issues effectively. He should good communication skills which enables him to interact with groups of internal and external stakeholders.
