Responsibilities

Performing financial closing activities including analysis and reporting Maintaining financial records, including general ledger accounts eg. Fixed assets registers Maintaining balance sheet schedules and follow up on outstanding items Responsible for the correct coding of the general ledger accounts and GST codes Preparing quarterly GST reporting Preparing of annual returns and liaise with the external auditors Preparing of tax schedules and liaise with tax department and external tax agents Support the business units in budgeting, forecasting and planning Ensure compliance with all financial regulations Assisting with projects/ system enhancements implementation

Requirements

Degree in Accounting and Finance or equivalent with 3 to 5 years' experience Ability to work under tight reporting deadlines Microsoft Office and Accounting ERP such as SAP S/4 Hana Work location : 60 Pioneer Road, Tuas
