Sustainability Project Manager

Flexible Location: India, China, Singapore or Hongkong - full time

As part of our future organisation, we are strengthening our Logistics Region APAC (Asia Pacific) sustainability team and looking for Sustainability project Manager to join us!

We are committed to creating a working environment that enables integration of sustainability into every aspect of our business and to achieve this we are looking for Sustainability Project Managers to drive our climate goals forward with all relevant stakeholders in the region.

Description

As a Project Manager in the regional sustainability team, you will coordinate and ensure timely implementation of projects delivering impact together with our key internal stakeholders in transport, implementation, and DC (Distribution Centre) teams as well as with our external partners.

As an expert on sustainability topics, you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Coordinate Regional playbook with each market to ensure timely implementation of Climate projects
  • Support team in area of Transportation and Distribution center operations in project implementation by providing technical understanding on sustainability topics within own operated and 3PL warehouse
  • Support in assessing and resolving implementation risks and issues
  • Monitor and Research policies/ regulations to identify potential impacts on projects
  • Work closely with industry peers and constantly evaluate the opportunities to participate, collaborate or coinvest
  • Keep stakeholders informed on the regional implementation status
  • Summarize and conclude projects, and shared with all relevant stakeholders.
  • Coordinate end to end process of identifying and implementing Green investment needs for each market
Qualifications
  • To be successful in the role we believe you have
  • The ideal candidate has prior experience within multicultural working environment, with knowledge of logistics/supply chain
  • A strong understanding of environmental sustainability in Logistics Operations
  • Project management skills and experience working in agile set-ups.
  • Solid knowledge of sustainability related laws, industry regulations and requirements and
  • Excellent skills in stakeholder management and communication within the organisation and outside of H&M

Additional Information

This is a full-time position within Logistics Region APAC. You will become a part of the Logistic APAC Sustainability team and report directly to Regional Logistics Sustainability Manager
