Job Description

:

The Head of Business Solutions will drive continuous improvement of all products and services within the Domain, in all aspects (financial, user experience, efficiency, effectiveness, simplification, technical performance, cyber security, resilience, obsolescence etc) and across the full application lifecycle (design, build, run). They will ensure end-to-end accountability of the domains across all divisions and programs for APAC. They will maintain a backlog of work with clear priorities agreed with the respective business stakeholders and participate actively in the governance body to steer relevant investments in full alignment with business stakeholders priorities. They will develop people skills and career, aimed at people adaptability/employability and anticipate future needs for the company. Key accountabilities include:

  • Fostering a strong and direct collaboration with all stakeholders in Core countries
  • Participate actively in the IM & Business collective portfolio governance to ensure value driven investments prioritized at company level.
  • Together with their business counterparts, establish an application roadmap for their perimeter answering business needs and respecting overall Enterprise Architecture and implementation standards.
  • Drive portfolio management on their perimeter: manage allocation of business continuity and run budget envelopes to the PSL/Products and ensure respect of budget envelope.
  • Oversee the design, build, run and optimize end-to-end products & services in their scope. Reallocate low value financial and other resources to areas where they deliver better business value.
  • Provide single points of contact for their counterparts in the Functions, aligned to the level of seniority of the audience.
  • Apply the appropriate sourcing strategy decisions and manage the supplier performance and contract for their scope, including satisfaction of IM and non-IM customers.
  • Attract, retain and engage the appropriate workforce of their domain fostering People empowerment and development, and encouraging their participation into Communities of Practice.
  • Ensure policies, standards and guidelines related to transverse governance are strictly applied in their perimeter
Job Requirements
  • 5 - 10 years experience in IT &/or Management
  • Ability to support group program and high complexity situations
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Demonstrate well developed interpersonal and communication skills while working within a team environment
  • IT & Business Strategy Alignment
  • Documentation Production, Service Level Management, Change Management
  • Partner & Subcontractor Mgnt, stakeholders Mgnt, Customers' expectations & needs
  • Ability to support group program and high complexity situations / Project Portfolio Control, Product/Service Planning
  • Cross functional and cross divisional knowledge and ability to transfer & translate strategy, requirements and regulations.
  • Degree in IT/Information Management related discipline
  • Knowledge Centered Support
  • Relevant industry certification, including ITIL (SFIA, COBIT, TOGAF, MCSE, MCITP, CCNA, etc)
