Job Description


The DCX Client Services – Accounts Payable Specialist that will work as a full-time employee for a growing business based in the United States. You will get a chance to learn new skills as well as demonstrate skills you've learned in the past. You will be responsible for closely following the instructions and processes outlined by our client. The Accounts Payable specialist will be required to perform a variety of general accounting support tasks in the accounting department specializing in Accounts Payable. This would include responsibility from clerical functions to supporting supervisors, including researching, tracking, and resolving accounting problems.

Role Details
  • Industry: Real Estate
  • Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST (USA)
  • Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)
  • Written and spoken English skill: Very Proficient
  • Salary Range: 30,000-35,000
Job Responsibilities
  • Accounts Payable data entry – vendor invoices, checks
  • Working with vendors on open purchase orders and credits
  • Assist with vendor check runs
  • Closing Internal Purchase Orders
  • Maintaining Accounting Email
  • Processing Daily Statements
  • Assisting AR with posting of payments
  • Assist with additional administrative duties as needed
Additional Job Requirements
  • 2-4 years of experience in general accounting / accounts payable
  • Related Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Multifamily experience preferred, but commercial experience will be considered.
  • Proficient in MS Excel
  • Experience or Working knowledge in Yardi Voyager/Elevate is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer service focus
