Working hours : Office Hours, 5 Days 8.30-6.00pm
Remark : Each nurse will have 2 days on call per week (For example, nurse will work til 6pm, and on call starts from 6.30pm to 8am - they have their off day next. So essentially, they only work 3 days per week)
To share with candidate:
- During the on call : it is not that tiring. Usually 1-2 patients or sometimes none.
- The nurse will stay at home and sleep too if no call, they don\'t have to stay up to wait for call.
- If there is call, they will try to manage via phone first. If really cannot, then they will go down to patient home.
- On call Allowance only on weekend : $50/ day
- Home visit allowance - WD $50/patient & WE $70/patient
- This role will be abit more like case management - manage the care plan for the patients
- You will be the key person who will make the most difference as you make home visits to provide palliative care and recommend psycho-social support to our terminally ill patients and their families.
- You will be part of the most dedicated, compassionate and caring teams comprising doctors, nurses and medical social workers providing an all-in-one professional care to patients at home at all hours, seven days a week
