• Provide guest services as well as supervision, direction and leadership in Horizon Club Lounge
• Supervise the team and Club Lounge operations and workflow to maximize guests satisfaction
• Build relationships with guest to delight and gain loyalty
• Conduct daily and monthly meeting to highlight area of improvement in the service aspects and obtain feedback
• Provide personalized and prompt service to VIP guests, ensure that all special requests and room assignments are followed up, keep up-to-date the guest preference in the system
• Monitor food hygiene and good service standards, the service, quality and set up of the buffet breakfast and evening cocktails are as per Hotel standard
