Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate daily horticulture and landscaping operations Manage planting, pruning, watering, fertilization, and pest control activities Monitor plant health and maintain irrigation systems Train and supervise the horticulture team to ensure high-quality maintenance Manage budgeting and procurement for materials and equipment Ensure compliance with workplace safety and environmental standards

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Horticulture, Agriculture, or a related field At least 3 years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role Strong knowledge of plant care, soil management, irrigation, and pest control Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
