Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

Attending and accessing site and review for quotation Perform contractual matter, tendering and procurement procedures (e.g. Contract, project budgeting, administrations and cost analysis) Reviewing proposals and quotations prepared for customers before submission Assisting in presenting of proposal and quotation to potential customers Resolve and monitor on-going project related issues - attending and offering resolutions to complaints and feedbacks Maintaining standard and quality services Deployment of workers Track team's performance/punctuality Brief the team on their individual roles and work practices (e.g. company logistics preparation practices, plants and planting medium ordering procedure)

Requirements:

WSQ Diploma in Landscape Management or WSQ Advanced Certificate in Landscape Supervision Degree/Diploma in the field of Horticulture, Agriculture, Botany, Forestry or Landscaping or; Certified Practicing Horticulturist (CPH) or; Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in horticultural and landscape project/maintenance in Singapore Process a minimum class 3 license Good time management, prioritization and multitasking abilities Good interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with all level of workers Good communication skills, including speaking, writing and active listening Good problem-solving skills * Comfortable in a high-pressure environment
