Job Responsibilities

• Register patients, book and coordinate appointments
• Answer telephone and email enquiries
• Assist the doctor in clinic
• Manage billing and collecting payment
• Manage insurance related claims and paperwork
• Manage orders and maintain inventories of supplies to support day-to-day clinical and administrative operations
