Job Title: Hospitality Executive
Job Type: Contract 6 months

Job Responsibilities:
Hospitality Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the overall operation of the hospitality facility and be involved in the pre and post preparations for all events
  • Providing hospitality services to internal and external clients and ordering of pantry and front of house supplies
  • Online ordering of food and beverages for meetings, events, pantry and caf\xc3\xa9 and Liaise with various external vendors on food, gifts, hampers etc.
  • Menu planning for events and meetings and use of IT tools for catering forms
  • Setting up of food and drinks for internal and external clients for all meetings and events
  • Providing barista service to internal and external clients (training will be provided)
  • Monitor the quality of the product and service provided and keeping to budgets and maintain financial and administrative records on iManage
  • Ensuring cleanliness in the pantry, caf\xc3\xa9, countertops, meeting rooms and hospitality bar
  • Liaising with external vendors to maintain all operating equipment such as coffee machines, wine coolers, dishwashers, refrigerators, microwave, water dispensers and all office equipment from time to time
  • Making critical decisions and provide solutions in relation to hospitality service provided to internal and external clients
  • Exhibit professionalism while providing services to internal and external clients
  • Positive attitude and can work well in a team and any other duties that may arise from time to time
Front of House Responsibilities (Coverage if needed)
  • Provide front of house support to the Singapore office, including maintaining a booking schedule for meeting rooms and liaising with other business professional departments to ensure that meeting requirements are planned for and met
  • Attend to the switchboard professionally. Greet and attend to clients/visitors and direct them to the meeting rooms and organize drinks / food internally and externally
  • Allocate desks/rooms for visiting staff and liaise with IT to ensure that phones and computers are ready prior to their arrival
  • Ensure meeting rooms and break-out areas are clean and tidy at all times. Issue office/lift access cards for visitors and book transport for visitors/clients
  • Coordinate with building management and maintenance to ensure that all office issues are resolved in a satisfactory and timely manner (e.g. aircon issues/ lighting issues). And any other duties that may arise from time to time.
Job Requirements:
  • Diploma in any discipline with relevant experience.
  • Candidate must be able to perform duties beyond working hours depending on event requirements.
  • Should have strong communication skills
Others:
  • Working hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm / 10.30am to 7.30pm (flexible on reporting and ending working hours.
  • Working Location : Central Singapore
