# Executive Assistant /Hospitality Banking industryLocation: Marina ViewContract Duration: 9 monthsWorking hours \xe2\x80\x93 5days (9.00am to 6.00pm)Singapore\xe2\x80\x99s GHS - include Executive and Staff Dining, Conferencing, Reception, Vending, Wealth Hubs, Pantry services and operational support to cluster management.Key Responsibilities:

  • Support daily Operational, administrative, and analytical support to the Singapore & Asia Clusters GHS Team
  • Clusters management & statistical reporting support, including data management, governance controls and metrics reporting ensuring integrity of systems
  • Carry out administrative duties , Book travel arrangements, submit and reconcile expense reports
  • Gather and prepare required information for PO creation, including tracking , Research and follow up on invoices submission to CRU team
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments, provide real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts
  • Track, review and process periodic e-mailers for wider colleagues communications
Knowledge/Experience:
  • University degree graduate with hospitality or related major
  • 4 years of related working experience
  • Operations, administration or assistant experience in related or similar areas (i.e.-executive, hospitality and food & beverage services)
  • Experienceof client liaison experience
