- 5.5 day work week
- Mon-Fri; 8:00 am - 5:30 pm, Sat: 8:00 am to 12:30 pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Frontline support, including inbound and outbound calls, and emails.
- Handle patients with registration, appointment scheduling and rescheduling, referral, and payment.
- Provide administrative support as and when required.
- 5.5 day work-week
- Open to candidates with no experience, seeking to join the healthcare industry
- Candidate who is able to speak mandarin will have an added advantage as the role will require to support Chinese patients that does not understand English.
