Administration
Allocate duties and responsibilities to the administrative staff under your control
Admit new residents after verification of hostel dues
Ensure quality & quantity of food served to the hostel residents
Purchase grocery and other consumable items for the hostel mess.
Hostel Operations
Taking care/supervising of hostel students, attending to their needs
Corresponding with parents & the school office regarding their personal as well as their academic performance, supervising the housekeeping & maintenance of Hostel
To always upkeep the Hostel facility.
Ensure discipline and cleanliness at the hostel.
Ensure that hostel gates are closed at instructed hours.
Maintain list and record of hostel residents.
Manage Petty cash expenses of the hostel.
Submit monthly utility bills to the Finance Department.
Maintain Coordination with Logistics Wing to ensure timely transport service.
Carry out any other functions & duties that may be assigned by the Hostel Management Committee or the General Manager (Personnel & Admin) from time to time.

Listen attentively to students' concerns, emotions, and challenges.
Be someone students feel safe to approach when they need guidance, comfort, or help.
Treat students with respect, fairness, and dignity, ensuring they know their voices matter and their well-being is a priority.
Encourage open communication, check in regularly with students, and be alert to academic pressure, or signs of homesickness.
Pay attention to students' health, diet, sleep routines, hygiene, and general comfort, intervening when necessary and coordinating with relevant staff.
Address behavioural issues calmly, using corrective measures that promote learning.
Offer reassurance during exams, illness, etc and coordinate with teachers.
Celebrate students' achievements and efforts
Keep parents informed about wellbeing matters.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent
10+ years of relevant work experience

Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,200.00 per month
