Manage and review hotel brand strategy to support hotel\'s positioning
Constant review and improve hotel overall service standard
Maintain good relationships with guests, management and stakeholders
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations/ legislations and property standards

Requirements
Bachelor in Hotel Management or Business Administration or equivalent
At least 8 - 10 years of relevant experience from an established hotel property
