Job Description

• 4 - 5 stars hotel
• 5 days per week, 8 hours per day
• Morning, Noon, Night (Rotating, timing depends on hotel)
• Salary: $2500 - $2800
• Location: (Central / Changi / Sentosa)

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Assistant Manager and provided courteous services to guests and responds efficiently and tactfully to guests\' complaints, requests and enquiries.
• Liaise closely with Concierge, Reception and Front Office cashier on guests\' arrivals and departures.
• Establish contacts with house guests/long-staying guests and renders assistance when necessary.
• Make courtesy calls to guests.
• Requisite and keep stock of promotional materials for daily operations.
• Ensure efficient and courteous services in baggage, transport handling and general enquiries.

Requirement

• Experience as a Hotel receptionist is a plus.
