Job Description
The applicant is responsible for day to day building maintenance work.
Have to rectify electrical, mechanical and engineering works such as fixing structural damage, like door lock repair or wall painting, replacing of blown lights, repairing broken or leaking plumbing to avoid water damage, clearing chokage/clogs or other drainage problems, & aircond servicing/repair and etc..
Perform routine maintenance, corrective and preventative maintenance and regular tests on building equipment and facilities
