Ideal for anyone who has the ambition to grow within the company and have the opportunity for career progression.Industry experience not necessary, we are willing to train.Responsibilities Night Auditor role involves front office and reservations administrative duties Handle guest services & requests for the night shift Handle any Houskeeping tasks at night as per guest service Reconcile daily front office transactions Prepare daily night audit reports Responsible for the daily operation and to ensure a consistently high standard of guest service. Responsible for Information desk activities (including guest queries, information, mail, and messages). Coordinate guest services requests for F&B and Housekeeping Verifying that all accounts are balanced and supported by documentation Reconcile the hotel's daily accounting to ensure and accurate assessment of both room and revenue collection Guest Services / Relations is first priority.
