& Requirements

  • Handle operations of front line duties at front desk
  • Multitasking in guest services for room deliveries
  • Responsible for the daily cashiering and to ensure a consistently high standard of guest service.
  • Responsible for Information desk activities (including guest queries, information, mail and messages.
  • Identify the person to whom he/she is speaking, the subject of the request and direct the guest accordingly
  • Friendly person with the passion for guest services
  • Training provided and career opportunities in hotel industry
  • Opened to Food Delivery Staff -
