Greeting and assisting guests with check-in and check-out procedures
Providing excellent customer service and addressing any guest inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner
Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the hotel's public areas and guest rooms
Assisting with the preparation and service of food and beverages, as required
Collaborating with the wider hotel team to ensure the efficient and seamless operation of the hotel
Adhering to all relevant health, safety, and security protocols
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a customer-facing role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel or similar setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
A positive, friendly, and problem-solving attitude
Fluency in English, with proficiency in one or more additional languages an advantage
