Job Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day operations and cleaning of the family estate.
Undertake basic estate maintenance, which includes simple DIY activities like garden maintenance, replacement of faulty lighting, and etc.
Perform routine estate maintenance inspection of residence areas and surrounding landscape.
Maintain owner\'s vehicles (eg: washing of vehicles).
Undertake ad hoc duties relating to the estate operations as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Basic Salary from S$2200 to S$2800.
Willing to work long hours. Official working hour 7.30am to 5pm, with additional pay for overtime.
Central, Tanglin area.
5 working days.
Able to work on weekends & public holidays when required.
Able maintain strict confidentiality on the family\'s matters.
Good time management and communication skills.
Able to lift heavy objects around the house.
Required the person are physical fit.
