Job Description

Job Responsibilities:



Oversee and manage the household schedule and calendar for the Chairman or CEO. Plan, organize, and coordinate events, both personal and professional. Arrange appointments and meetings according to personal and professional requirements. Schedule, supervise, and coordinate home maintenance, repairs, and related projects. Manage household bills, administrative tasks, and general correspondence. Run errands and perform essential household tasks as needed. Supervise household staff, including housekeepers, private chefs, nannies, and drivers. Plan and allocate household resources, including staff scheduling and inventory management. Provide support for business trips, including local arrangements, flight bookings, and on-site coordination if required. Develop and maintain household management SOPs, including equipment manuals, inventory lists, vendor contacts, and daily checklists.



Job Requirements:



Proven experience in a similar household management role. Strong communication skills and the ability to understand and adapt to the family's preferences and lifestyle. Broad knowledge and expertise relevant to household operations. Responsible, efficient, discreet, and highly organized. Excellent judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to manage confidential information. Butler Certification is an advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management.
