Develops and maintains written policy and procedures for housekeeping and laundry services and activities with other related departments. Prepares and plans the Housekeeping's budget and submits to Residence Manager for review and approval during budget. To review and plan continuing education opportunities for personal and team growth and development. To be effective in manpower planning and ensure sufficient support to meet occupancy demands and also sudden surge in occupancy during peak seasons.
