Job Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 Perform thorough cleaning of guestrooms consists of replacing all linen and towels in the room, vacuuming and dusting, replacing guest supplies, and thorough bathroom cleaning.

\xc2\xb7 Notify the Housekeeping Management or the Engineering Department of any maintenance or repair that needs to be done.

\xc2\xb7 Response to guest requests and be able to communicate with them

\xc2\xb7 Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, maintain positive guest relations and ensure guest satisfaction at all times.

Job Requirements:

\xc2\xb7 Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.

\xc2\xb7 Preferably (at least) 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience.

\xc2\xb7 Ability to work a flexible shift.

\xc2\xb7 Ability to lift heavy objects

\xc2\xb7 Education Level: O-Level
