Job Description


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitor guest rooms turnover via Opera PMS
  • Print, update daily VIP rooms, traces to Supervisors and room attendants
  • Communicate supervisors all relevant information to ensure smooth turnover of rooms
  • Manage guest calls and requests, ensure is communicated promptly and accurately
  • Ensure clear and accurate communication between Housekeeping and other departments
  • Ensure rooms are blocked for necessary maintenance Daily room discrepancies are being resolved
  • Report and follow up on repair and maintenance
  • Responsible for the issuance and collection of all key cards
  • Alert Assistant Housekeeper or Executive Housekeeper when certain item is running low
  • Tabulate daily linen, guest laundry and uniform transaction records and tally monthly reconciliation record with laundry contractor
  • Prepare and update daily periodic projects for rooms and public area
  • Carry out daily posting of guest laundry
  • Keep work area neat and tidy
  • To send items to guest.
  • To carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned

REQUIREMENTS
  • Able to work on Weekends & Public Holidays
  • 4 to 5 days work per week
  • Working hours from 7am to 12pm
  • Speak and write simple English
