Housekeeping Manager!

? You'll be the key player in ensuring that every nook and cranny of our beloved Mama is sparkling clean and welcoming. Your leadership will inspire the housekeeping team to deliver top-notch service and create unforgettable experiences for our guests! ??

THE MISSION?

Mama does not compromise with cleanliness and hygiene! ? You are the person she trusts to pamper her establishment with one essential objective in mind: customer satisfaction.




You are responsible for the quality of the maintenance in the rooms ? and common areas.




Thanks to your sense of detail, Mama will remain as good as new, ensuring our guests can have a perfect experience.




Direct coordinator between the subcontracting company & Mama, you control the work carried out and ensure the proper application of the cleaning contract.




You coordinate with the various internal and external services.




You're in charge of the orders for the laundry and non-consumables (hospitality products and equipment in the room).




As a head of service, you are on the lookout for any malfunctions ?, comments , and customer complaints. ? ?

You know how to manage pressure and stress; Master Yoda taught you everything. ? ??? With a strong sense of communication , you take on the role of intermediary between your management and the subcontracting company. Your strength is anticipation and organization on all subjects! Excellent manager ; you've mastered cost control, figure analysis & productivity optimization. You are good at delivering the Mama experience to suppliers and service providers; you have great relationships, and they love you! ?? Rigorous & honest, you know how to manage lost objects perfectly and do everything possible to find their owner. You want to be at the heart of the action with your team, and not always alone at your office. Diplomatic and attentive, you work hand in hand with the other departments. You know how to motivate a team : the morning briefing is bright and effective. Confidentiality is important to you , what happens at Mama stays in Mama. Mr. Clean has nothing on you!

Lead the Housekeeping Team:

Supervise daily operations, ensuring that all cleaning tasks are completed to Mama's high standards. Inspire your team to perform at their best! ?

Quality Control:

Conduct regular inspections of rooms and public areas to maintain impeccable cleanliness and presentation. No detail escapes your keen eye!

Training and Development:

Provide ongoing training to your team, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to excel in their roles and deliver exceptional service.

Inventory Management:

Keep track of housekeeping supplies and linens, making sure we're always stocked and ready for our guests.

Guest Interaction:

Address guest inquiries and concerns with a friendly smile, turning any frown into a joyful experience!

Collaborate with Other Departments:

Work closely with front office and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.

Sustainability Champion:

Help implement eco-friendly practices within the housekeeping department, aligning with Mama's commitment to sustainability.
