Responsible for keeping rooms supplied with linen and other amenities
Renders personal assistance to guests by taking out trays, serving ice, cleaning shoes, carrying packages, assists in packing and unpacking, giving general information about hotel services and facilities
Attends to guest's complaints and requests, and refers them to supervisor for prompt corrective action
Cleans and maintains service areas and equipment daily
Turn down beds and replace towels upon request
Maintains cleanliness, orderliness and sanitation of the assigned area
Coordinate with the supervisor/coordinator on the room status
Reports defective room accessories and facilities to the supervisor
Performs other duties as may be assigned from time to time
QUALIFICATIONS
With 1 year work experience is an advantage.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Must be organized and detail-oriented.
Must have the ability to multi-task and can work under pressure
