? Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the upkeep of guest rooms, public spaces, and housekeeping equipment. Conduct regular inspections to ensure all areas meet hotel cleanliness and maintenance standards. Oversee housekeeping inventory, manage stock levels, and control supply usage. Plan and organize daily work schedules, ensuring smooth shift handovers and timely completion of tasks. Allocate duties and monitor staff performance to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures. Address guest feedback and resolve any service concerns promptly and professionally. Lead by example--provide training, guidance, and motivation to team members. Participate in cleaning tasks as needed to support the team during peak periods. Assist in emergency response and recovery efforts as per hotel protocols.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in housekeeping within the hotel or hospitality sector.
