Job Scope:

Coordinate daily housekeeping operations, including room, public area, and equipment maintenance Conduct inspections to ensure cleanliness meets hotel standards Monitor room turnover for optimal efficiency Maintain and manage inventory of housekeeping supplies and equipment Plan resources and allocate assignments for team members Organize and oversee shift commencement and completion activities Supervise cleaning and maintenance work to ensure adherence to SOPs Respond to and manage emergency situations effectively Address guest concerns and provide timely resolutions

Job Requirement:

Minimum 2-3 years' experience in housekeeping.
